Trilogy Excursions has been operating premium sailing catamaran tours on Maui and Lānaʻi that lead the industry in Hawaiian hospitality, safety standards and sustainable ecotourism. Family owned and operated by the “Sailing Coon Family," Trilogy has been awarded numerous accolades; voted the #1 Sea Activity on Maui in 2018, the 2017 Ecotour of the Year, and ranked by TripAdvisor as the #5 Tour Company in the U.S.A. Every team member from entry-level deckhand to the most senior Captain goes through extensive training that has earned Trilogy the reputation for being the very best in the industry. In addition to preserving the ancient art of sailing, Trilogy continuously strives to embody the Hawaiian cultural value of hospitality, known as Ho‘okipa. Unlike the large power catamarans that carry upwards of 149 passengers, Trilogy’s boats average 40-50 guests. Patrons aboard are afforded a more spacious sailing experience, allowing their crew to provide individualized attention with superior quality of service. This includes the crew learning the names of all guests and treating each individual like part of the ‘ohana (family). This level of customer service has won the repeat loyalty of guests and their word-of-mouth recommendations, allowing Trilogy to remain as Maui’s #1 Sailing company for the past 45 years.

Debbie brings years of experience in ocean recreation, hospitality, and group event planning, with a special focus on private charters, weddings, and custom celebrations on Maui. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with couples, families, and groups of all sizes, guiding them through the planning process to ensure every detail comes together seamlessly.
With a strong background in sales and guest services, Debbie is known for her thoughtful approach, clear communication, and ability to turn a vision into a well-executed experience. She has a deep understanding of the logistics involved in ocean-based events—from timelines and guest flow to personalized touches that elevate the overall experience. Her planning style balances organization and creativity, allowing guests to feel relaxed while knowing every detail is handled with care.
Debbie’s true passion lies in Maui itself. Having a deep appreciation for the island’s natural beauty, culture, and spirit of aloha, she loves sharing that connection with her guests. Whether planning an intimate sunset sail or a full wedding celebration, Debbie is committed to creating meaningful moments that feel authentic, joyful, and unforgettable.

We offer unique venues on luxury sailing catamarans, and on the neighboring island of Lana’i, as well as full-coordination services for both weddings & events of all types. We work with a multitude of vendors across the island, and have a preferred list of trusted individuals that we will always recommend first.
