Every team member from entry-level deckhand to the most senior Captain goes through extensive training that has earned Trilogy the reputation for being the very best in the industry. Unlike the large power catamarans that carry upwards of 149 passengers, Trilogy’s boats average 40-50 guests. Patrons aboard are afforded a more spacious sailing experience, allowing their crew to provide individualized attention with superior quality of service. This includes the crew learning the names of all guests and treating each individual like part of the ‘ohana (family). This level of customer service has won the repeat loyalty of guests and their word-of-mouth recommendations, allowing Trilogy to remain as Maui’s #1 Sailing company for the past 45 years.
Meet Curran,
Curran is Trilogy’s Wedding Coordinator and Marketing Coordinator, bringing her love of organization, an eye for the little details, and a genuine excitement for helping couples bring their wedding day to life. Once the planning begins, she works alongside each couple to help turn their vision into something real, then joins them on their wedding sail to make sure the details come together so they can simply be present for it.
For Curran, getting to be even a small part of someone else’s best day is what makes this work so special. Her favorite moment is always the ceremony—not just the vows, but everything happening around them. A father quietly wiping away a tear. The faces of family and friends watching two people they love. And that unmistakable happiness on the couple’s faces when the day they’ve been planning for months is finally here.
Growing up in Florida, Curran always felt most at home by the sea. She has been visiting family on Maui since she was six months old and fell more in love with the island as she grew up. Eventually, that lifelong pull toward the ocean brought her here to stay. Outside of Trilogy, she’s happiest with family and friends, spending her time outdoors and, more often than not, somewhere near the water.
